Will you need utensils.
Are you using or need Disposable or rented and washed/rinsed for rental company. Disposable can often be as pretty and cut down on cost of having to wash/rinse dishes and labor for remaining dishes after we are gone.

Number of dishes and glasses per guest. (wine glass, water goblet, champagne flute, appetizer plate, salad plate, entrée plate, dessert plate, coffee cup, saucer, etc.  We once served a wedding with five drink glasses and five plates/bowels per guest.  Dishwashing/rinsing adds to the costs.

Do you need Cake cutting

How long we need to be on site usual is around 3 hours.

We frequently see 3-4 appetizers, 3 meats, 2-3 sides, Salad.  Rolls depending on entrée chosen. Tea Lemonade, Coffee (sometimes).  Depending on items chosen this would run around 20-27.  Pulled Pork is less then a Prime rib carving station.  Vegetable tray is less then Shrimp.  Prices include the use of our chafers and Decanters.  We are happy to use yours or the event venues.  Some venues require using their equipment.  This is a little more labor intensive at times and can leave us with some surprises, so we don’t offer a discount not to use our equipment.

Thank you for your interest in having Reel Pit BBQ or RPC foods cater your event.  This is our standard Menu to choose from, but our chefs can add other items. In addition to these food items we work with event item rentals and other caterers to help accommodate all your needs from small parties to major events up to 1500.  We participate with fundraisers, small informal weddings to very large formal wedding receptions, festivals, birthday parties, reunions, grand openings, business receptions, realtor special events, corporate events, afterlife celebrations, and much much more.

The fine Print.  All weights are approximate.  Please let us know if you have any food allergies before ordering.  All foods are cooked to recommended safe temperatures. Prices are subject to availability and market changes.  Minimum order is 250.00 dollars and requires at least 3-day notice.  Events often book months ahead of the time so it is always good to start looking for a date and lock it in as soon as you can.  We charge a minimum 200.00 or 10% non-refundable deposit to hold the date and full payment ten days prior to the event unless other arrangements are made in advance.

We own and operate a Commercial Kitchen Commissary and have a variety of Chefs on hand.  This means while Reel Pit BBQ is famous for our BBQ; RPC Foods, and Kelly’s Cuisine are famous for all types of fair from Italian, American, Cuban, Asian, even Moroccan dishes. Just like Reel Pit BBQ these caterer’s offer everything from boxed lunch service to large weddings, fundraisers, and corporate events.  We do ask for more notice since we book major events up to a year out. While our largest events have been around 1500 for a single seating and 10000 for a weekend, we are always up to a challenge and work as a team to meet your needs.  All of our caters are fully licensed and insured.

We get a lot of requests for price quotes for weddings.  We want your event to be special and just right for you so we don’t offer generic quotes we will price the event just for you based on the number of guests, food chosen, equipment and number of servers, utensils chosen, additional services needed (busing tables, washing dishes, etc.), and location.  It’s the only way to get you a great price for a very special event.  In general weddings can run from 15 to 35 per person depending on all the above.  We will ask a lot of questions to make sure we get your reception set to exceed your expectations.

Reel Pit BBQ also has a fully outfitted food trailer/mobile licensed kitchen available to come to your events.

Thank you and we look forward to helping make your event awesome!
